Call charges
Unless otherwise stated, all calls are billed at 1.99 per minute with a 10 minute minimum.  International calls are billed at 2.99 per minute.  At times we offer special discounted rates that are listed on our home page.  All charges billed to your card will appear from TWCHI, LLC.   
Fraud
 We take Credit Card fraud very seriously and will take steps to prosecute.  Please do not attempt to use a invalid card or card that does not belong to you.  Chargeback's will be fully investigated.  If you feel that you were wrongfully charged contact us first so that we may review the event and determine the best possible solution.  Please note that all calls are purchased in block times.  If you purchase a 20 minute call and only speak for 15 minutes you will still be charged the 20 minute block call time.

How do I Pay?
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards are accepted over the phone and through our secure online storefront.  Debit cards that carry the Visa or MasterCard logo are also accepted.
How will it appear on my credit card statement?
Your credit card statement will be discreetly charged as TWCHI, LLC; Top Web.
If ever asked to pay by any other methods or billing appears as something other than TWCHI, LLC, please contact the our support department immediately.
How do I place a call?
We have worked hard to make our ordering process simple, secure, and easy.  We know that you don't want to be fumbling around with your credit card, going over all the boring details, so we have an easy online ordering form.  This way when you call your girl you can get right into action.  To order a call simply go the your girl's page.  Make sure that her indicator light is on so that you know she is available.  Then click on "buy a call" and select the amount of minutes you wish to speak.  Then just complete the order form.  You will then be brought to a page showing the reference id and the girls number.  Just call her up and enjoy the fun!
Why do you need my billing address?
The credit card companies require us to verify your address as protection against credit card fraud. It is to your benefit because it helps keep other people from using your credit card illegally. We DO NOT send anything to your billing address. Your privacy is very important to us and your address is used for billing verification only.
** If you are seeking more privacy, you can use a Visa gift card and only provide your card number, name, and expiration date.  In order to do this you will need to call the girl so she can process the card.
What can I talk about?
The possibilities are endless! I have called several times to hear the girls voice, but now that I want to buy a call I can't seem to get through.
All calls are confidential, however if you call repeatedly and do not purchase a call we will block your number.  Also if you "crank" call our girls you will be blocked.  All calls must be made from a residential phone line, payphone calls will not be connected.
